FAQ for domestic sale(Japanese)
Q、How do I purchase tickets for the Kyomafu Stage and Miyako Messe Stage?
A、Tickets for the Kyomafu Stage and Miyako Messe Stage will be sold by lottery from 10:00 on Wednesday, August 27th to 23:59 on Wednesday, September 3rd.
To enter the lottery sale, you must purchase your advance admission ticket by 23:59 on Wednesday, August 20th.
You will need your admission ticket reservation number (10 digits) to enter the lottery.
*You can only apply for stage events on the same performance date as the advance ticket you purchased.
*You cannot enter the stage ticket lottery using advance admission ticket reservation numbers purchased after Thursday, August 21.
Q、I purchased an advance admission ticket through the Japan domestic sales desk. Can I apply for the stage lottery for the overseas reception desk?
A、If you are applying from overseas, make sure to purchase your admission ticket from overseas sales.
If you purchase an admission ticket from domestic sales, you will not be able to apply for a stage ticket unless you receive the ticket in Japan by the end of the application period.
*Stage ticket sales are divided into those for Japan and those for overseas.
To apply for stage tickets for overseas, you will need the reservation number for the ticket reserved from overseas sales.
To apply for stage tickets for Japan, you will need the actual ticket purchased and found from domestic sales.
Q、How many stages can I apply for with one advance ticket?
A、You can apply for up to four stages, but you can apply for up to two each for the KYOMAF stage and the MIYAKOMESSE stage.
It is not possible to register for a stage on a different date than the advance admission ticket purchased.
Q、If I have purchased multiple advance tickets, can the same person apply for the same stage more than once?
A、Application is available.
Please note that there is a possibility that you may be selected for the same stage more than once, as all reservations you have applied for are subject to the lottery.
Please apply only for the necessary amount of tickets, as no changes or cancellations will be allowed after the lottery registration period has ended.
Q、Are same-day tickets available for the Kyomafu Stage and Miyako Messe Stage?
A、We plan to set up viewing slots for all stages on the day. However, please note that the number of seats is limited.
Q、What kind of confirmation will be done on the day of the event?
A、If the staff deems it necessary to verify your identity, we may use a photo ID to confirm your identity.
